Hair~Extensions at Hair~Ways
· We only use the best 100% Human Hair
· We use the safest method of application, both to you and your hair.
· We use a Silicone based glue which will not damage your hair.
· With extensions fitted your hair will still grow naturally.
· Hair Extensions can be used for different purposes. They can make
your hair longer or to add volume (thicken), or to add a highlight or lowlight
effect. "Crazy colours (not human hair)" can give you almost any
colour you wish and of course, can be mixed to create a stunning fashion statement.
· We have a vast range of natural colours, so matching to your colour
is not a problem.
· On average, human hair grows 1cm per month. With this in mind, it
would take approximately 5 Yrs to grow very long hair (60cm) naturally. Hair
extensions enable you to have natural looking long hair in a very short time
and to still be able to grow your own hair with the extensions in place.
· As your own hair grows, the extensions move down and away from your
scalp. We recommend that you should come back every 2-4 weeks for a "maintenance
check" during which we will check the extensions and re-apply any that
hair that might have been lost.
· If the extensions are looked after, losses should be minimal. We
will provide an after-care leaflet to help you with this.
· After approximately 3 months the extensions will have moved away
from your scalp as your own hair has grown. They will need to be removed by
the technician. (A cost will be incurred for this if the extensions are not
going to be re-applied).
· When having the extensions re-applied a cost will be incurred but
this is entirely dependant on how the extensions have been maintained as we
may need to order more hair to replace damaged or missing hair.
